As a REALTOR®, Gina Marie Bettenhauser has had the unique
opportunity to unite her two passions together – real estate and advocacy.

Bettenhauser’s dedication to her profession and her
clients has awarded her many accolades within her company, Coldwell Banker Distinctive
Homes, located in Shoreham, NY, including most recently as a member of the International
President’s Circle, which recognizes the top 7% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates
worldwide.

Through her years in servant leadership, Gina has experience serving at every level on numerous state, local, and national committees, as well as on local board task forces. These positions enabled her to demonstrate her
steadfast commitment to helping the Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR), where
she is currently the President, fulfill its role of maintaining professional
standards within the industry.

As a REALTOR® Party advocate, Bettenhauser is a loyal
Major Investor in the REALTOR® Political Action Party (RPAC), as well as a
member of the President’s Circle. RPAC’s Major Investors are an elite and
passionate group of REALTORS® whose investments shape the political future of
the real estate industry.

Gina is also vested in her community of Shoreham
Wading River.  One of her most memorable
achievements as a community volunteer has been the honor of receiving the SCOPE
Education Services Community Service Award for her service to the district and
the community at large. She is also serves as the President of the Wildcat Athletic
Booster Club.

Gina is married and the proud mom of two 2 sons,
Alexander and Nicholas.
